TURKISH BATH
Known since ancient times, steam bath revitalizes and regenerates not only the body but also the spirit. Thanks to the high humidity (90 to 100%), sweating is less intense and allows a longer stay in this environment. The benefits of hammam are multiple. In addition to having a toning and relaxing effect and reducing stress, the heat opens the pores and promotes good skin cleansing, resulting in elimination of toxins. Heat also dilates blood vessels and facilitates the circulation.

At the end of this journey in search of wellness, you will enjoy a pleasant stay in the suffused atmosphere of the relaxation area, among candles, new age music and a welcoming environment. Enjoy the fruity aromas of hot herbal tea, lying on comfortable chaise longue and thus prolonging the pleasure of an experience that involves the body and the mind.
